unionize.software is a privacy-first public resource for U.S. private-sector software and game workers.
The first version is intentionally narrow:
- public educational content
- a local-only decision wizard
- encrypted organizer intake
It does not include a committee workspace, coworker map storage, public campaign pages, or chat. Those features are deferred until the threat model and architecture are tighter.
The hope is simple: give people something useful when they are stressed, uncertain, or isolated, without asking them to trust one more platform than they already have to.
The design principle is just as simple: earn trust through restraint.
